In short

  • Only you see your week unless you share it.
  • We email you only for sign-in, resets and the daily email you turn on.
  • No ads, no analytics tools, and we don’t sell your data.

What we store

Your email address. Your name, only if you add it in Settings or sign in with Google (then we keep the name and picture on that Google account). Your timezone, read from your browser so “today” is your today. And what you put into the planner: tasks, assessments, reminders, commitments, your study settings and progress, plus the plan we work out from them.

What your email is for

Three things. A 6-digit code when you create your account. A link if you reset your password. And the daily email, only if you turn it on in Settings; it always carries an unsubscribe link. That is all we send; there is no marketing. We have not installed any analytics or advertising tools on the site.

Who can see your week

Nobody, unless you share it with a specific person by their email, from Share on your calendar or from Settings. Then they see only what you choose — when you’re busy (the default), or your whole week. Sharing does not send them an email. You can stop sharing at any time.

Deleting your data

Settings → Account → Delete my account removes your account and everything in it — tasks, commitments, reminders, your settings and your plan — as soon as you confirm. There is no undo. Our database host (Neon) keeps a short rolling backup for disaster recovery; your data drops out of it automatically when that backup window passes (at most 7 days), and we never restore a deleted account from it.

Where it lives

Your data is in a Postgres database hosted by Neon. Email goes out through Resend. Google is involved only if you choose to sign in with it. The app itself runs on a server we rent from Hostinger. We do not sell your data. When you choose a password, we check it against Have I Been Pwned’s list of leaked passwords without sending the password itself: only the first five characters of a one-way hash leave our server. If that service is down, we skip the check rather than lock you out.

Cookies and browser storage

A cookie keeps you signed in. If you tick “Keep me logged in” it lasts up to 30 days of use; otherwise it ends when you close the browser. We also keep a few preferences on your device: light or dark theme, which tips you have closed, and which settings sections are open.
